Specialty Lists for Items in Short Supply

Rather than just post a mid-summer or early fall listing of new and special plants, we are attempting to maintain and update this SPECIALITY LIST monthly, starting this winter of 2008. During the major time warps of late spring when our mailorder shipping is at peak, expect a lapse or so, but by early summer we should be keeping newly available items posted with some regularity--many curious and rare plants (usually only available to visitors visiting the nursery to uncover) are currently in propagation. But many are too iffy to list with tropical and succulent offerings in the main section of this website and are not finished enough to be offered in this list now; so watch for changes below. Most of the following do not appear in the main catalogue listings either because they are not in ongoing production (as are plants in the main catalogue which are notated SOLD OUT, but not removed from the postings), or because the number of available rooted and potted individual plants is quite limited and no further crops are anticipated soon. So have fun reading through what might constitute the most hopelessly bizarre and "rarely" jumbled selection of prize plants you've met in some time. We exist to keep you amused and to keep you supplied with just enough new toys (plants) to keep you amused but never sated.
